Blossom & Feather sells its handmade children's clothing, accessories, and must-haves through the webshop www.blossomandfeather.com.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. For any questions, contact our customer service at contact@blossomandfeather.com.
Orders:
All offers on the webshop are non-binding, and Blossom & Feather reserves the right to adjust or withdraw them at any time.
An agreement is formed as soon as Blossom & Feather confirms your order in writing (via email). If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
Blossom & Feather may cancel a confirmed order prior to shipping for reasons such as payment authorization, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, stock issues, or quality standards. Any cancellation will be communicated via email.
By placing an order, you confirm that your information is complete and accurate and that you are 16 years or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing correct address and contact details.
Prices and Payment:
Payment is made through the payment methods indicated on the website.
Shipping and return costs are listed on the website and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery, Defects, and Liability:
In-stock products are typically shipped within 2 business days of order acceptance. For made-to-order items, the shipping time is generally 2–3 weeks. Delivery times are estimates.
If you receive a defective product, report it within 24 hours with photographic evidence via email.
Blossom & Feather is not liable for defects occurring after use. A one-month warranty is provided, and appropriate solutions will be sought.
Blossom & Feather’s liability is limited to obligations stated in these terms and product liability. Other liabilities are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Cancellation and Return Policy:
Ordered products can be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to contact@blossomandfeather.com or complete the return form.
During this period, products must be handled with care. Damaged products may result in charges. Ensure safe packaging when returning items.
Blossom & Feather is not responsible for incorrectly returned products. Unaccepted returns will not be stored or sent back.
After receiving your return request, the purchase price excluding delivery costs and any discounts will be refunded within 5 business days.
Complaints:
Not satisfied with a purchase? Contact us at contact@blossomandfeather.com. Since February 15, 2016, EU consumers can also file complaints via the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Miscellaneous:
Blossom & Feather reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. By ordering, you agree to the latest version.
Deviations from these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties.
“Written” also includes email, unless otherwise specified.
General terms and conditions from you or third parties are rejected and do not apply to this agreement.
