Requesting a return

Click the profile icon in the shop menu

Log in to your account by entering your email address and the six-digit verification code sent to your email.

Open the order you would like to return and click the button to request a return.

Select the items you would like to return, choose a reason for return and add a note for the shop. 

If your return request is approved and the item needs to be sent back, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
