Refund policy

Blossom & Feather strives to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. The exchange and return policy is drawn up in accordance with European Union rules and specifically Dutch legislation.

Exchange and Return Policy:

Right of Withdrawal:
Consumers have the right to terminate the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. After this notification, an additional period of 14 days applies to return the product.

Refund:
After receiving and processing the return, the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Please note that the cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Conditions for Returns:
Products must be returned unused and undamaged. Items that are not in a saleable condition or do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted. For more information, please refer to the returns page.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item for a different size or color, the original item must be returned for a refund, after which a new order can be placed.
