Tips for a beautiful drawing
- The digital file of your ultrasound gives the best result. Ask your scan clinic for it.
- Only have a print? Lay it flat in daylight and photograph it straight from above, without flash.
- A scan at 12 to 19 weeks gives the nicest profile.
- We only make drawings of 2D ultrasounds (black and white), not of 3D ultrasounds.
- If you can, choose an image without measurement crosses or lines near your baby.

The pendant is round, 15 mm in size and made from stainless steel, in a gold-coloured or silver-coloured finish. The chain is 45 cm long, without an extender. We engrave the line drawing of your scan on the front; the back stays smooth.

A 2D scan (black and white) from 12 to 19 weeks gives the loveliest profile. The digital file of your scan is best; ask your scan clinic for it. Do you only have a print? Lay it flat in daylight and photograph it straight from above, without flash. Ideally choose a scan without measurement crosses or lines near your baby. We do not make a drawing from a 3D scan.

You only choose your scan and a colour; we do the rest. We draw your baby by hand as a line drawing, without names, dates or other details from the scan. We then engrave the drawing onto the disc. Each necklace is handcrafted. You will not receive a proof beforehand.

When you place the necklace in your basket, we send your scan to ourselves: in grey and without the extra data a phone stores in a photo, such as the place where it was taken. The scan itself may show a name, date or hospital; we do not include these in the drawing. We only use your scan to make your necklace and never show it as an example. We delete it no later than 45 days after your order. If you do not complete the order, it disappears automatically after around two weeks.

A scan necklace is made especially for you, using your scan. This means there is no cooling-off period and it cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is something wrong with the product. Please read our returns policy for the conditions.
How do I care for the necklace?

Stainless steel does not rust, but it can scratch. Store the necklace separately from other jewellery and take it off for sport, swimming or cleaning. Also take it off from time to time and clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
