Refund policy

Blossom & Feather aims to make customers fully happy with their purchases. The exchange and returns policy has been drawn up in accordance with European Union rules and, specifically, Dutch law. 

Exchange and returns policy:

Right of withdrawal: Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After this notification, there is a further period of 14 days in which to actually return the product.

Refund: After the return has been received and processed, the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Please note that the cost of returning the product is your own responsibility, unless the product is faulty or was delivered incorrectly.

Returns conditions: Products must be returned unused and undamaged. Items that are not in a saleable condition or do not meet the returns conditions will not be accepted. For more information, please see the returns page.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or colour, the original item must be returned for a refund, after which a new order can be placed.
