Shipping policy

Blossom & Feather is dedicated to creating handmade, made-to-order baby clothing of the highest quality. Because of the unique nature of our making process, dispatch times may vary depending on the availability of the items.

In-stock items: Items with ‘In stock’ in the product name are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after we have confirmed your order.

Made-to-order products: All other items are handmade once you place your order. These are dispatched within 10 working days, depending on how busy we are. If you add the ‘Rush order’ option to your basket, we will dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days.

Dispatch notifications: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Delivery costs: Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the order, and are shown during checkout.
