Request a return

Click on the profile icon in the store menu

Log into your account by entering your email address and entering the six-digit verification code sent to your email.

Click on for the order you wish to return.

Select the items you want to return, choose a return reason and add a note for the store.

Once your return request is approved and shipped, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
